If for some reason, we cannot accept your order, we will make sure to notify you in writing and you won’t be charged for that product. We want to ensure that you receive your money back if we reject your order. Refunds can take up to 14 business days depending on the banking procedure. The reason for non-acceptance of an order could be due to:
- The product is out of stock;
- We regret to inform you that we could not process your payment at this time.
- Unexpected limitations on our resources caused us to have unforeseen difficulties in planning.
- If there is an inaccuracy in the pricing or description of a product, it needs to be rectified immediately to provide customers with accurate information.
- During the checkout process, you will be able to view the list of countries we deliver to and the estimated delivery lead times for each destination. The actual delivery time frame will be confirmed with you once the product is shipped.
- You will be notified about the maximum delivery time for your order in the confirmation email. In case we fail to meet this timeframe, you can cancel your order by contacting us through email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We may reach out to you to suggest an alternative option concerning the reimbursement and re-delivery of your products. In the event that goods are not delivered, we will provide a complete refund of all amounts paid, including shipping charges, within 14 business days from the day your order is canceled.

REFUND/ EXCHANGE POLICY
Recs-Medix will not provide any refunds for products received in satisfactory condition. However, returns and exchanges are allowed if there is a failed delivery within the predetermined time frame.
